What is your mission?
Our mission is to inspire people to live a more conscious, healthier life with high-quality Ayurveda products and in-depth knowledge. We combine the wisdom of Ayurveda with sustainable, fair production and want to bring balance and respect for nature into your everyday life.

How are the products selected?
A long-time family friend has connected us with experienced small farmers in Sri Lanka. Together, we operate a central quality control and packaging facility near Colombo. All raw materials come from sustainable, traditional cultivation and are carefully checked. This way, we ensure that you only get the best from nature - without compromise.
Why exactly Ayuviva?
Ayuviva combines our personal story, holistic wellbeing and fair trade. We improve conditions in the low-margin tea industry through fair pay and long-term partnerships with small farmers. With every product, you not only get quality, but also become part of a movement that brings about positive change for people and nature.
Why are you currently only selling in Switzerland?
We want to grow organically and build a solid base in Switzerland before we expand internationally. Switzerland is our base and offers us the opportunity to develop stable processes. Expansion into other countries is already being planned. We look forward to being able to supply international customers soon.
Are the products of high quality?
Yes, our products come from small farmers who have been working sustainably and pesticide-free for generations. Even without organic certification, we guarantee 100% natural raw materials that come directly from nature. Every harvest is carefully checked so that you always receive high-quality and authentic Ayurvedic products.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We offer you flexible and secure payment options, including TWINT, Apple and Google Pay, PayPal and credit and debit cards. Simply choose the option that suits you best and enjoy a simple and worry-free ordering process.
What if I ordered the wrong product?
If you have ordered the wrong product, you can return it within 14 days. The item must be unused, unopened and in its original condition. Simply contact us using our contact form, and we will help you make the return as easy as possible.
How long does shipping take?
We only ship within Switzerland. Orders are processed on the same or next day. Your package will usually arrive at your home by post within two working days.
How does the free collection work?
During checkout, you can select free collection from the dispatch warehouse in Lachen, Schwyz. After your purchase, you will receive an email with the exact location. Please bring the order confirmation on your cell phone. As this is a dispatch warehouse, collection is only possible on Tuesday and Wednesday from 20:00 to 22:00.
