Refund policy
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Exceptions to the return policy
Some goods are excluded from return for hygienic or legal reasons:
- Perishable goods such as food
- Intimate or hygiene articles
- Hazardous materials and flammable liquids or gases
- Download software products
- Gift cards
- Some health and personal care items
- Reduced items and sale items
Please note: Products with obvious signs of use or damage that are not our responsibility are not eligible for return. Items received after the 30-day return period cannot be refunded either.
Returns and refunds
To finalise your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return the item directly to the manufacturer.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email of receipt and approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 14 to 30 days.
Notes on refunds
If you have not received a refund, please first check your bank account again and contact your credit card company or bank if necessary. If you still have not received a refund, please contact us at info@ayuviva.ch.
Return shipping costs
The shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If the item is worth more than CHF 75, we recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service, otherwise we cannot guarantee receipt of the return.
