Shipping costs
The shipping costs are shown separately in the order process and are to be borne by the customer. No free shipping is offered unless this is expressly stated as part of a special promotion or for orders above a certain volume.
Delivery area and delivery times
Ayuviva endeavours to keep delivery times as short as possible. However, all delivery times stated in the order process are non-binding. Partial deliveries are permitted if this is necessary for the speedy processing of the order.
Undeliverable consignments
If a delivery cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details, absence of the customer or refusal of acceptance, Ayuviva reserves the right to cancel the contract after notifying the customer by e-mail and granting a reasonable grace period. The customer will be invoiced for the costs incurred by a new delivery.
Inspection of the delivery and transport damage
The customer is obliged to check the delivered goods for completeness and any transport damage immediately upon receipt. If the delivery is damaged, the customer must complain about this immediately to the deliverer and inform Ayuviva immediately by e-mail to info@ayuviva.ch. Damage that is not reported directly cannot be accepted by Ayuviva.
Returns and exchanges
Returns to Ayuviva are at the expense and risk of the customer. The customer must send the goods in their original packaging, complete with all accessories as well as the delivery note and a description of the defects to the return address specified by Ayuviva (see imprint).
If the inspection reveals that the returned goods have no defects or that the defects are not covered by the warranty, Ayuviva may charge the customer for the processing costs incurred as well as the costs for reshipment or possible disposal.
